This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8795 of 2020 complaint is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and he was an accused in two cases registered for the offence under Section 302 of IPC.

3. Recording, the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the reason that there is no petition / enquiry is pending against the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
