This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.24 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent police after investigation has filed a final report and the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the final report.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. This petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
