ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2025 and 05.02.2025 and permit him to take red soil from Mamsapuram lake, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
2. The petitioner has submitted representations dated 04.02.2025 and 05.02.2025 to the Tahsildar, Virudhunagar District. However, the appropriate authority is in Sivakasi Taluk. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online representation to the appropriate authority, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the concerned authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks therefrom.
3. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
