ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending his arrest by the respondent police based on the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirumangalam, Madurai District in P.R.C.No.12 of 2009.
2.The petitioner was absconding since 2014. Therefore, NonBailable Warrant came to be issued. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner,on instruction of the petitioner, undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the committal Court as well as before the trial Court regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
3.If the petitioner fails to appear before the Court below for future hearings, he is entitled to file appropriate petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C. Even if on one hearing, he is absent and no application is filed for condoning his absence, this order granting anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled automatically. The petitioner shall be remanded.

4.Recording the abovesaid undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the committal Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition. The concerned committal Court is directed to recall the warrant on the same day.
