ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 494 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C. on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned Government counsel (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner's wife had already lodged a criminal case and the same is pending in C.C.No.98 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. But the de facto complainant has given a second complainant on the same set of facts. Since the second complaint on the same set of facts is not maintainable, the respondent Police has also informed Mrs.Anusuya. Accordingly, a copy of the said communication dated 05.07.2018 has been produced before me.

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
