2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The victim in this case is now four months pregnant. The petitioner is also not willing to marry her. Taking into the immoral conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
