ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused and he was arrested by the respondent police on 31.05.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 427 of IPC and Section 3 of PPDL Act, in Crime No.28 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital and the petitioner is in judicial custody from 31.05.2016,this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayankudi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
