ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.2.2105 to regularize the services of the petitioner. 2.It is stated that the petitioner is a destitute widow and she was appointed as full time Panchayat Assistant Clerk on 21.11.1999 in the fourth respondent panchayat. However, she was not regularised and therefore, she has submitted several representations to the respondents. Since the same did not evoke https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any response, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
