ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and demanded to judicial custody on 04.06.2016 for the alleged offence under Sections 294 (b), 323, 506(i) of IPC r/w 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST (P.O.A) Amendment Ordinance Act, 2014, in Crime No.232 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due election dispute, the petitioner and other accused pulled the defacto complainant's shirt and using their caste name and threatened with dire consequences. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital.

5. Considering the overt act attributed against the petitioner and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, and on further condition that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
