PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.54 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.04.2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 364(A), 365, 394 r/w 397 of IPC @ 364(A), 365, 394, 397, 120(B) and 395 of IPC, in Crime No.54 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused had kidnapped the defacto complainant and attacked him with hands and also snatched his 4 Soverigns of gold chain, ring and oppo mobile. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that investigation is pending. He would further submit that the properties are yet to be recovered. 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged as against the petitioner and also the fact that investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
