It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.07.2014.

Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already the complaint has been enquired into and closed on the ground that the petitioner was not able to substantiate his case by producing the relevant documents.
