O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent, to implement the order, dated 23.04.2022 passed by the learned Special Sessions Judge, TNPID Act Cases Court, Madurai, in I.A.No.10 of 2022 in O.A.No.4 of 2016.
2. This Court cannot interfere with an ongoing proceeding before a competent Court. The proceedings come to an end on execution of the order passed. The execution has to be done by the very same Court. Independently in a Writ, directions cannot be granted. The petitioner is granted permission to file an execution before the very same Court, to implement the order in I.A.No.10 of 2022 in O.A.No.4 of 2016. 2/4
3. In view of that particular direction given, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
