Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in TNSTC/KUM/E1/603/2012 dated 14.06.2012 quash the same and further direct the respondents to treat all the petitioners as Junior Assistants from the date of their original appointment as Clerk in the 2nd respondent Corporation and to give additional increment all monetary and consequential benefits including periodical reviews from the date of entry into service and to pass such further or other orders.
