Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in TNSTC/KUM/E1/603/2012, dated 14.06.2012, quash the same, and further direct the respondents to treat all the petitioner as Junior Assistant from the date of his original appointment as Clerk in the second respondent Corporation and to give additional increment, all monetary and consequential benefits including periodical reviews from the date of entry into service. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 20.03.2017, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ petition. Accordingly, the matter appeared today under the caption "for withdrawal" and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
