This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondents to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was harassed at the hands of the respondent on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint preferred by the defacto complainant was enquired and the same was closed. 4.In the light of the above said submissions, nothing requires for adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petition. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
