O R D E R

The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 2 to 5 not to lay a road on the petitioner's land in Survey No. 149/5, situated at Osarapalli Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Sobanapuram Post, Tiruchirappalli District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.03.2026 to the respondents, requesting them not to lay a road on his patta land. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered till date.

3. Mr. P. Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. The said submission is placed on record.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2026, on its own merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
