O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the second respondent, not to interfere in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property, situated at Door No.20/A, East Cart Street, Rameswaram which is the suit property in O.S.No.08 of 2011 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Rameswaram.

2.According to the petitioner, the third respondent has made a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent is harassing the petitioner regarding the said complaint. The contention of the petitioner is that a civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent in O.S.No.8 of 2011, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Rameswaram.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint preferred by the third respondent herein was enquired and the petitioner also appeared for the enquiry and given his statement. Based on the statement, the complaint was closed and harassment at the hands of the respondent is not correct.

4.In the light of the above said submissions, the complaint was closed and the allegation of the petitioner is not correct. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-II) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
