ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Crime No.15 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that in the petition mentioned crime number, the first respondent herein completed the investigation and thereafter, final report has been sent to the Public Prosecutor, for getting approval.
