Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 3, 5 & 7, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.37 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on promise to get job as Village Administrative Officer to the son of the defacto complainant, the petitioners received a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- and subsequently, they did not get any job and did not repay the amount.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. It is stated in the petition that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and with an ulterior motive, a false complaint has been given against the petitioners.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is a case of job racketing and the investigation is pending and the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is very much necessary to find out the involvement of the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Considering the serious nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
