PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant approval to the building plan/application dated 22.04.2021 submitted by the petitioner for construction of a building with ground and two floors in R.S.Nos.37/18 & 45/13, (Plot No.11, Aadhi Eswaran Nagar) Uthangudi Village, Madurai North Taluk, C.Ward No.28 (Zone -2), Madurai Corporation, Madurai, assigned with File No.MTZ2/CR-5329 upon the road having a width of 20 feet = 6.096m within a reasonable time period to be determined by this Court.
