Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the first respondent State Government vide G.O.Ms.No.25 (School Education (TRB) Department dated 06.02.2014, quash the same in so far as the reduction of 5% of marks for a pass in the Teachers Eligibility Test to those Tests conducted on August 2013 subsequent to notification and certificate verification as unconstitutional.
