O RDER This petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.25 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the accused received some amount from the petitioner and failed to repay the same and prayed a direction for filing final report within the time frame is to be granted.

3. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the accused belonged to Madhya Pradesh and he is absconding and hence, there is a delay in filing the final report

4. In view of the above submission, the second respondent police is hereby directed to file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
