ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo issued as against the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.3501/2010/Thi.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the pendency of the writ petition, departmental enquiry was completed and enquiry officer also given a finding exonerating the writ petitioner from all the charges. Now, the Disciplinary Authority has to pass the order.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives to adjudicate in the writ petition. However, the respondent is directed to pass orders on the enquiry report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
