Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the second respondent in his proceedings dated 02.03.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to release the original title deed and other documents deposited with them at the time of creating equitable mortgage and hand over the same to the petitioner within the period stipulated by this Court in pursuant to the settlement memo dated 06.12.2014 issued by the first respondent.
