O RDER This petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that a civil matter is converted into a criminal case and the police are sending summon to the petitioner, calling him for enquiry and harassing the petitioner and prayed a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

3. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that a complaint was received by the police. Only after enquiry, it can be decided whether the case is of civil in nature.

4. It is the duty of the every citizen to co-operate the police for enquiry. Only after the completion of the enquiry, the police can make out whether the complaint is civil in nature or criminal in nature. 2/4

5. In the above circumstances, a direction not to physically harass the petitioner is granted. But, the petitioner is hereby directed to co-operate for the enquiry as and when required by the police.
