ORDER

(Judgment of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Challenging the eviction notice issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.Fl/2677/2023/Va.Ma dated 31.12.2025, this writ petition has been filed to quash the same with a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent from in any way interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in S.No.570/1A situated at Plot No.2, Meelavitan Village, Thoothukudi Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 2.

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that 2/4

the encroachment in the abovesaid place has already been removed and nothing survives in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
