ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in connection with a case in Crime no.2 of 2018 for offences punishable under Sections 465, 417 of IPC and file the charge sheet before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has made a complaint before the respondent on 19.02.2018 and a case has been registered in Crime No. 2 of 2018. Since, no investigation has been conducted, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the enquiry is pending and it will conclude within a period of six months.

4.In the light of the above said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
