ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been, seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime no.177 of 2018 dated 16.04.2018 on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has made a complaint before the respondent on 16.04.2018 and a case has been registered in Crime No. 177 of 2018 on the same day. Since, no action has been taken on the complaint, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the enquiry is pending and it will conclude within a period of three months.

4.In the light of the above said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
