ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been, seeking a direction, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner was harassed at the hands of the respondent on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's son was involved in a criminal case in Crime No.105 of 2018 and the third respondent could not able to trace out him, in order to enquire the whereabouts of the petitioner's son, the petitioner was called for enquiry by the third respondent.

4.In the light of the above said submissions, the petitioner is directed to cooperate for enquiry as and when she receives summons from the respondent police.
