PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus for directing the respondents herein to disburse the death-cum-terminal benefits and pensionary benefits to the minor petitioner on the death of her father late Rajendran on 08.03.2014, employed as Senior Driver of the respondents transport corporation as per the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2014.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse the death-cum-terminal benefits and pensionary benefits to the minor petitioner, on the death of her father late Rajendran.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that no materials have been placed before the respondents for considering the claim of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce all the relevant documents in respect of the claim made

along with a fresh representation before the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter, after opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
