ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2018 pending on the file of respondent No.2 and entrust the same to respondent No.3 for investigation and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has made an allegation against one Kannan, Inspector of Police, Karimedu Police Station, Madurai and to transfer the case in Crime No.54 of 2018 to some other competent authority to investigate the same.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the aforesaid Kannan, Inspector of Police was transferred and one Mannavan has been taken charge of the second respondent police station.

4.In the light of the above said submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petition. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
