Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.TAMILMANI.N., Advocate for the petitioners and MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have complied with the conditions from 07.05.2021 to 12.05.2021. Thereafter both the petitioners were affected with corona virus and they were under treatment in the hospital . He has also produced the medical records of the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners have complied with the conditions from 07.05.2021 to 12.05.2021. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioners are affected with corona virus and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.
