..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to grant educational loan for the Petitioner for his higher studies in Master of Computer Applications in K.L.N.College of Engineering, Madurai for the year 2014.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus praying this Court to direct the third respondent to grant educational loan for the Petitioner for his higher studies in Master of Computer Applications in K.L.N.College of Engineering, Madurai for the year 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on typed set of papers.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the bank submitted that the Petitioner has not approached the bank with relevant records for grant of educational loan and further submitted that if the Petitioner approached the bank with the same, the bank authorities will consider the same in accordance with law. The Said statement is recorded.

authorites with necessary application along with relevant documents for grant of educational loan. No costs.
