O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to constitute a special investigation team to investigate a FIR registered in Crime No.337/2019 dated 02.08.2019 on the file of the second respondent and file a final report within the period stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in the above mentioned First Information Report registered in Crime No.337 of 2019, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed on 19.01.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur. 3.In this regard, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that before closing the proceedings no RCS notice was served with the petitioner.

5.On considering the same, this Court directs the second respondent police, if RCS notice has not been served upon the petitioner, he has to serve the copy of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the RCS notice, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 6.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
