This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.213 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent. 3.On perusal of documents, it appears that in earlier while at the time of disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22026 of 2018, this Court direct the respondent police to file a final report within a period of six months from 13.12.2018. Though necessary order was passed in favour of the petitioner, again he filed this application, for the reasons best known to him. 4.Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no further order is necessary in this petition. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to take a contempt proceedings against the respondent, who violated the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.22026 of 2018, dated 13.12.2018.
