3.This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from granting any licence to the 4th respondent or any other person.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the fourth respondent had been granted quarry lease, which has expired on 27.03.2018 and thereafter, he has not submitted any fresh application for renewal of lease.
