ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse pensionary benefits and pension and all other death and retirement benefits of deceased Kannan to the petitioner wife, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024, within the stipulated to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

It is represented by the learned counsel on both sides that the dispute between the parties have been amicably settled before the Mediator and they have filed a joint compromise memo / mediation report signed by both parties, counsel on both sides and the mediator. It is further submitted that a joint compromise memo / mediation report dated 27.06.2025 is also filed before this Court.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of Joint compromise memo / mediation report. The Joint compromise memo / mediation report dated 27.06.2025 shall form part of this order. No costs. 09.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No sm 3/4
