This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent on the petitioner's objection not to transfer the ownership of the vehicle from that of the petitioner to that of the second respondent.

2. Today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that permit has now been issued in the name of the petitioner by order dated 21.07.2022. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
