PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.94/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294(b), 109, 302, 307, 120(b) and 506(ii) r/w. 114 IPC in Crime No.94 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are history sheeted rowdies and the first petitioner is having ten previous cases, the second petitioner is having five previous cases and the third petitioner is having seven previous cases. He further submitted that this Court already directed the learned trial Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to dispose of the case on day to day basis. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.
3.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners and considering the fact that this Court already directed the learned trial Court to dispose of the case on day to day basis, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
