O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter Kalaimathi, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this Habeas Corpus Petition, it is claimed that the petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue had arranged a marriage for the detenue and it was fixed on 28.08.2020, however, the detenue is missing from 06.08.2020. Despite lodging a complaint with the second respondent on 07.08.2020, no action was taken.
3.The detenue appeared before this Court today through video conferencing and she has stated that she was not willing to marry the person arranged by her mother and hence, she is now with her friend Amutha at Thanjavur.

H.C.P.(MD) No.581 of 2020 4.In the light of the above fact, no further order is necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
