This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioners, to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in D.V.O.P. No.21 of 2015, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Sivagangai and quash the same.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the parties to the proceedings have arrived at a settlement on account of which the DVOP proceedings, which is challenged in this Criminal Original Petition has also been closed.
