Mr.S.Kumar,learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is seeking for notional promotion. Such a request is made after retirement of service. It appears that the petitioner has made the representations on 09.07.2011 and 27.02.2015 seeking for such notional promotion. consider and decide the claim of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and this Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of only with the direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
