(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.Seeking an order in the nature of Mandamus, the petitioner has filed this writ petition directing the respondents 1 and 2 to monitor the third respondent school in providing sanitation and safety measures considering the future of the students.

3.It is not in dispute that the Islamic Model Matriculation Higher Secondary School, the third respondent herein is yet to get approval from the respondents 1 and 2. Therefore, we are of the view, at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this stage, the relief sought for is premature to raise any allegation against the third respondent based on some imagination. 4.In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
