This petition is filed for transfer of the proceedings in S.C.No. 115 of 2015 from the file of the learned Sessions Judge Mahila Court Trichy to any other District Jurisdictional Sessions Court for further adjudication.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that out of 33 witnesses, the prosecution has already examined 7 witnesses and now the case is posed on 10.11.2016 for examination of further witnesses. Further, the petitioner has not made out any grounds for transfer of the case.

4. I find force in the contention of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.(MD) No.4725 of 2016 is also dismissed.
