Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to survey and mark the boundaries of the petitioner's land with an extent of two cents situated in Plot Number 116, Survey No.55/15, Kottaimedu, Kallanai Revenue Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2021.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 17.02.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and to mark the boundaries.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the first respondent issued a free house site patta in the name of the petitioner on 03.03.2014 and thereby, the petitioner was assigned two cents of land in Plot No.116.
3. According to the petitioner, the property was not properly surveyed and the boundaries were not marked and hence, the petitioner made an application on 04.11.2020 before the respondents. Thereafter, the petitioner also made a representation on 17.02.2021 in this regard and since the same did not evoke any response, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

4. Heard Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 04.11.2020 and the subsequent representation dated 17.02.2021 and take a decision with regard to the survey of the subject property within a period of four
(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
7. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
