ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.70 of 2015 within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of six months from the date of registration of the case, the second respondent Police did not take any efforts to file a final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and referred charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate who is dealing with the matter.

5.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is needless to point out that copy of the referred charge sheet would have been served on the petitioner by the learned Magistrate and it is for them to take appropriate action based on the report.
