ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been, seeking for a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.36 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report.
2.According to the petitioner, the complaint has been preferred by the petitioner in the year 2017 and the First Information Report has been registered in the year 2018 in Crime No.36 of 2018. Hence, the petitioner filed this Criminal Original Petition before this Court.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the enquiry is pending on the petitioner's complaint before the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In the light of the above said submissions, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation as
expeditiously as possible.
5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
