ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The matter has been kept adjourned for one or other reason at the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. On 11.07.2022, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is involved in previous case in Crime No.398 of 2022, which is also similar in nature and he was required to be produce CD file. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to argue the matter, the matter was ordered to be listed today. Even today, the petitioner is not willing to argue the matter.

2.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
