ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.not known of 2024, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that based on the complaint lodged by the first petitioner's wife, C.S.R.No.540 of 2023 was assigned. The respondent police has conducted enquiry and closed the same.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is of the view that since no case has been registered against the petitioners, there is no apprehension of arrest.
