ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in respect of CSR No.220of 2015, B4 Keeraithurai Police station(L&O), Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.In the petition it is averred that the petitioner is a Headmaster and Secretary of Sundarambal Middle School, Keeraithurai. in the said school, has taken away cash register, stock register and employees attendance register. She made false entries as well as alteration in the said Registers and misappropriated some amounts. She has also lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the first respondent as if the petitioner has abetted her to consume poison and the same has been given CSR No.220 of 2015. The respondents 1 to 3 are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, in respect of CSR No.220 of 2015. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.220 of 2015 and closed on 27.05.2016. It is also submitted that there is no harassment by the respondents 1 to 3, as alleged by the petitioner.
